Raytown Summer Lunch Ministry “Thank you for your generosity! Through Sunday, May 17 we collected $2625 for this ministry. We will send the donations at the end of the month so if you still want to ‘buy’ a bag for $20, please do.”
Buying online via Amazon is more popular than ever. When you’re shopping, consider using Amazon Smile (smile.amazon.com) and select your favorite charity, like Heit’s Point. The Amazon Smile Foundation donates .5% of the purchase price of eligible products to the charity you choose. It doesn’t cost you more as a consumer; it’s a benefit to the charity.

The Lutheran High School of Kansas City's 31st Annual Affair of the Heart Auction has been rescheduled for Saturday, May 30th. The auction committee has decided to run an online silent auction beginning on Monday, May 18th through Saturday, May 30th.
On the 30th from 7 to 8 p.m. we will produce a "virtual" auction of our Live items as well as the annual Fund-the-Need Appeal. You may receive an invitation to the online event by registering on the lhskc.com website under the Auction tab, or by calling 816-241-5478 and leaving a message. The committee plans to schedule an Affair of the Heart celebration party in the late fall where all contributors to our event will celebrate with food, drink, music and fun. So, please support our event by registering to participate, by donating an item or service, by inviting a friend or two to our online event, and most importantly by praying for the success of this venture. We need to fill a hole in our budget so we may continue to “Prepare lives for Today, Tomorrow and Eternity”.
